Refund/Exchange 

We have a 10-day return policy on items bought in store and online. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return you must email us at thepopcornplace24@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted. 


We do store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Store credit will be issued on a gift card for in- store or online purchases. All discounted/ sale items are final sale!


The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. If shipping an item back please reach out to us via email to let us know if the item is an exchange or credit. Please ship all items to:

Please include the packing slip with the return items. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.  



Damage/Issues 

Please inspect your order immediately once receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 



Shipping Policy 

We ship Monday through Friday. Standard orders that are placed will be shipped in two to three business days. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. 


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left our store we are not responsible.
